Unusual no one has replied, it's not like the guys on here!
What kind of noise are you getting, are you sure it's not just a CV joint on the propshaft?
Is it speed related, does it correspond to one turn of the rear wheels?
Or even a bush gone on the suspension? does it happen if you power on or lift off?

Check your drive-line for slack first. The uni's aren't very big and mine has gone few a few in the past although I fitted 5 uni's in March, grease nipple ones, and they seem to be going pretty good. I just give them a light grease after every water crossing.
also slow movment on flat ground on full lock rear diff seames to be draging if going very slow and let off the car stops like it had a binding handbreak but checked out the breaks and there all gd no binding i think its just the diff draging?? i checked the oil in the diff and its a gd level but the front diff oil is ordinery diff oil colour but the rear diff the one i think i got problems with has red oil in ?? any idears?? thanks jason
