Will try that when I get a chance and see what happens ....
Need to sort out vacuum system as last time out the vacuum pipes got damaged after a tree branch pull then ....

It is a physical vibration. you can see the lever moving all over the place

sounds like a process of elimination is needed like Martin says (and you are already doing).
If its a new box with new mounts and it still does it without the front prop then that must only leave the rear prop/diff/axle.
Edit: Just a random thought did it do it before you put your transfer box guards and everything on? Don't see how it would effect it but you never know...

Yes it use to do it, but since I was going to change the t-box and believed that was the problem never looked at it .....
will see after fitting the new t-box mounts from ORA

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Sounds to me like a buckled wheel or a bent propshaft, but you say you changed the propshafts with the transfer box.
