Sorry I know you get this all the time!

When i get a chance tomorrow i'll get some pics for you.
I let the axle drop so the spring would come out then put the new spacer in place of the old one, i then jacked up the axle enough to hold it all in place but leaving it all loose enough that i could turn it all to line the spring up against the recesses on the seats. Hardest part was getting the shocks back on on the front.
I know that it rides a bit harder due to the shocks being pre-extended but i think it actually rides better now, coupled with new kingpin bearings and swivel hub seals its the best its ever driven.
Black Jimny's don't get stuck!

Chris. wrote: Is there any chance you could take a pic of your spacers sometime so i can see how you've fitted them? Just want to make sure i've done it right. Mine seem to be noisy over bumps and just generally don't feel right. Or maybe this is what i should expect from a lifted jimny? im not sure
Thanks

did you also fit shock extensions?
If you didn't the rattle could be the shocks at the end of their travel

Anything over 2inchs of lift you will need adjustable panhard rods.

Yes they are advisable, ive just fitted some myself but they are fine to use without for a while until you save up again haha!
Saying that you wont notice any difference when you fit them anyway, they are only slightly out of line.
