Turns out the knocking noise from the rear was the jack jumping around as it wasn't secured properly...:blush:

I have a 3" lift and haven't bothered with the rods, can't see why they need changing ????

To keep your diffs in the factory position so thing like drive shafts are still in-line with the t-case, there fore causing less where and tear.

have you checked the gap in each arch? usually the body looks like its shifted to one side because of the axles.. if you look down one side of the car then the other the wheels usually sit further in on one side.
If you disconnect one side of the panhard on front and rear and rock the car back/forth/sideways then the panhards are supposed to be well out of line to get back in thus needing adjusting/extended.
I do think they arnt as important as people say, mine only needed minor extension to make it sit right.
