I fitted some +2" spring spacers over the weekend but im not happy with them at all. I knew i wouldnt be but i went ahead and bought them anyway :pinch:

Im now looking at the K.A.P springs and cant make my mind up about the 3" or the 4" ones?!

Which is better?
What shocks would I go for with these?
I know I will have to add some caster correction bushes and extended hoses to the basket but is there anything else?
Is there something better that is similarly (or cheaper) priced?

Thanks Chris

You don't say why you're unhappy with them.

I've just fitted some and couldn't be happier, i know the shocks will be at absolute max off road until i fit longer shocks and relocation brackets.

Black Jimny's don't get stuck!

Theres a 3" procomp kit, includes longer shocks and matching longer springs. (about £340?)

I have this kit on mine and is great i think. there is a few choices on the procomp kit as far as shockers go... es1000 type are best for jimny in my opinion.. other ones are too stiff!

Get longer hoses and fit them first or same time as lift to give all the drop on the axle, then drive it and deicide if you want caster correction.

Is there any chance you could take a pic of your spacers sometime so i can see how you've fitted them? Just want to make sure i've done it right. Mine seem to be noisy over bumps and just generally don't feel right. Or maybe this is what i should expect from a lifted jimny? im not sure
Thanks

They are a very popular kit mate so i reckon they will be in very soon!

the 2" is in stock, id go for 3" but depends what your wanting :-)

Email martin first though and see what kit he can put together for you... doubt it'll be as cheap but the kits he does are higher quality :-)
