Hi everyone!
I am strugling for months with an engine JB43 rebuild with +0,50 original pistons.
The manual service (this one piece was given to me by Suzuki repretsentative) only describes how the maximum amount of flatness to be corrected: 0,05mm! He said Suzuki recomends to not accept more than this because integration of sensor signals could not work properly.
However, it did not inform the original size.
As the engine condtioning company did not measure it pre and pos service, I am in the dark and the Jimny is with high consumption and low power. We changed almost every sensor, and I know many other pieces could be involved, I just want to rule out this one.
