Some clarification please from the learned members.
Looking to purchase tie rod ends.
My references give 48820-81A00 for RH and 48810-81A00 for LH.
When I go online I find the same fitment given for both OEM numbers.
Is this correct? Thanks.

I've just ordered a pair and they were right and left handed, I'll snap a pic of the numbers tomorrow for you.

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

The "handedness" refers to the threads, which thread they are depends on which way round the rod has been fitted.
The ends are opposite threads so when you rotate the rod to adjust it, both ends move out or in together and the rod changes length.
You have to check the thread on the end you want to change, or just buy a pair if you are sending off and paying postage.
