Has anyone bought a Bravo snorkel recently or know if Bravo has modified its design to address the well-documented issues experienced by 300BHP and Soeley? I am thinking of fitting a snorkel but don't want to go down the Bravo route if the vibration/resonance issues still exist with the current product. Thanks.

By now you should get the new up-graded hose if you order one. Below is an excerpt from an email from July 2024:

We can already offer 1 of the Silicone SR final ones to you for free though we're still selling the snorkels with the old ones until we get all the new ones from our factory (that is now closed by holidays until September), currently we only have a few. So the new customer's orders for Jimny will get the silicone hose in late September or beginning of October. If you have a friend who needs to buy a kit and wants the Silicone SR hose please tell them to write it in Order Comments on the purchase process on our website, and we will make a special packing for them.

I really can't fault the Bravo snorkel and there customer service is superb.

I would also say their customer service has been very very good.

I'm also happy with the snorkel overall. There is a little bit of harshness at about 1700rpm, but the resonance issues I had before are all solved now. Overall I have no issues with the snorkel and still like the design.

Other snorkels also resonate, I have a TJM and it lets you know when you are in too high a gear, by making a booming noise. I couldn’t say what rpm it does it, but if you let off the throttle a bit or change down it goes away. I would guess sub 2000 rpm.

Thank you! I came across another snorkel recently sold by Predator 4X4, which looks like the 'Brazilian' version. It's a lot cheaper than the Bravo one but I am swayed towards the Bravo one given your experience and that of Soeley.
