Thanks Martin, just got my car back today from it's first year service have asked them to do update on radio so guess they didn't do it.

Yes fat32 Gadget. All very straightforward but the video tells you to make sure all 14 files are present before you start. I downloaded the file 3 or 4 times before I got all 14 files (not sure how this can happen) as one file kept going missing.
