MMMM, I'm sure i read a similar thread that BFG KO2 215 75 15 tyres should be 28 to 30psi. That was from the tyre company. I found tyre side wall sway with lower pressure when doing tight turns on road, giving a rear end slide feeling. 28/30 gives a firmer feel on roundabouts & turns also reduced road noise.

Given the extra volume of the tyres, those are very high pressures! The load rating on my 215/75 KM2s is 800kg at 50psi! The Jimny is about 300kg/corner, so keeping it proportional for maths' sake that comes to 18.75psi.
Can't say I've ever noticed an undue amount of sidewall flex with them at 21psi and on the limit they transition into a slide nice and progressively. They get a bit wobbly below 15psi though.

That's going to be fine for a much heavier vehicle than a Jimny. I think from memory that one of the transporter syncro vans used a similar size which would be right for 30 psi.
Temeraire (2018 quasar grey automatic)
One of the last 200ish of the gen3s, probably.

Am I right in saying standard wheel width is 15.5, if so then writing on the tyre states "Danger do not fit on a 15.5 rim" That's why more pressure is needed to compensate for the cheese wedge effect.

They say "Danger. Do not use on 15.5" DIAMETER rims".
The Jimny uses 15" rims. This has nothing to do with tyre pressures.
