The tyre will have a maximum load at a maximum pressure written on the sidewalls. Either using the maximum axle weights off the vin or actually measuring the weight on each axle you can use maths to work out the pressure from the maximum figures on the tyre.

I run 21psi in 215/75r15s. 19-20psi would seem about right for 235s.
