I think your figures are for the 2.7m Brian James trailer. The C1 is just over 3.4m long, so would need the 3.7m version of that trailer which pushes the weight over the threshold.

Yes but a c1 has a wheelbase of 2.34m so will comfortably fit a 2.7m bed trailer with acceptable overhangs.
