There is no recommended mileage to replace the chain. It is supposed to last the whole life of the engine.
Looks like I don't need to follow the Service handbook according to the Administrator Mlines... This is good news, I've read if the oil is changed with oil filters too there should be no need to replace it.
Good site this, Thanks for all the info..

Don't trust the EuroCrapParts site to return the right thing for your reg number. Been there and got the T-shirt with both my carsBGBrit wrote: Hello Mick C,
Thanks for the reply,,,,I'm new to the Jimny, only had it a few weeks, when I bought some car parts from Europarts I typed in my reg number, YL09 HYH came up cam belt for the timing, this is where I got the info from,, I have not stripped the cam belt case off as yet, I was hoping to get a manual first before getting stuck in. You can see why I need a manual, getting duff info from a parts supplier.
Guess you know my next question!!!!
Can you give me a link to download the manual I need? 2009 M13A. I guess Halford would be happy to get it too.
Cheers Mick C.
