yes really pleased with the outcome the studs in the roof almost match the mounting points on the rack luckily, all I did was make the plate wide enough to mark where the rack sits and drill the holes and bolt it on

So it doesn't need welding? Any chance of some close ups of the feet on the underside of the disco rack? Whats the over hang like on each side of the rack - does it stick out much wider than the jimny?

Cheers adam - i can do fabrication if it involves bolting, rivetting and general folding, and have a local place that will do welding if needs be (as i dont have access or skills of welding), but if it can be bolted, then it seems simple enough. Guessing it was just simple C section angle, which has been opened out to the right angle you used as feet mounts?
