Fitted these,
Direct bolt onto the factory rail bolts, no drilling or other additional work. They are Driver brand from Italy via Ebay uk. They are listed for the BMW e90, alfa mito, fiat croma amongst others and come with a selection of plastic adapters that are not needed, I just put some rubber strip on to save the paint. 55 quid.

Today I mostly painted my nuts. Kinda, I actually replaced the rack hardware with stainless bolts and acorn nuts instead of the bzp ones that were going to rust. I did also paint them black as part of the continuing murdering out process.

It seems that I have done myself a favour at some point in the past. Had a bad tre on the drag link so have replaced with new. The good luck is that I seem to have had it apart at some point and applied antisieze so the whole lot was just as smooth as a very smooth thing. Jobs a peach!
