Topped up engine oil and coolant aswell as fixing my dads defender for him :ohmy: only a uj tho on the back prop which I managed to drop on my face when refitting it

Well over the last few days ...
Located a nice bit of galvanised heavy duty steel gas cylinder cage while skip diving, I have been on the look out for something to make a roof rack out of:
4 x 12mm bolts welded to the frame already so just added some lashing points:
and a nice bracket on it:
Quick clean and a spray of satin black .. quick measure of the existing roof rails and a bit of drilling later:
Ordered one of these, so need to find something for a backing bracket:
