Got to agree with Leathery,had roadbikes for 42 year and only had 2 accidents.1st one a woman parked on the wrong side of the road behind another car pulled out even though she could not see, bang.The other,on a long straight road, no traffic except the car ahead,indicated to overtake,she turned right,no indication,hello hospital.Packed up with bikes even though i love them.Treat all other road users as idiots and you wont go far wrong.

took out the back seats and put aluminum checker plate on the floor :) and tomorrow cut some more checker plate out and put it above the wheel arches :) that should be fun :unsure:

refitted my bell housing cover and clutch cable guide ( thing)

went to do exhaust decided its to cold so gave it and it can be a job for tomorrow

Repaired some scuffs that were bugging me....
During the job, rear bumper corner, rear arch and front arch were all scuffed.....


And all done



Done it all myself. First time and got the use of my friends booth B) pretty chuffed with it considering I used a rattle can :)

I've just done the same thing this last week with an ORA boot tray, did you make your own? Can we have some pics?

Re-greased my kingpin bearings and re-greased my CV's, no faulty bearings found somehow.
Then could not be bothered to re-fit my wheel spacers.
Also installed tyre balancing beads from D44 :-)

finished body lift.. sorted out a little rust on the rear corner.. rebuilt my kingpins as one was oozing gunge, turned out the race itself was damaged!... put it all back together with an extra 4" and castor corrected arms...

Away to roger albert clark rally , jimny never missed a beat up hill and along forest tracks , classic rally cars were all mint
