I was told that it was for superstitious reasons, lucky number thirteen and all that. The only time I've come across 13s on a jap car was on brake systems, but they're off the shelf Bosch items so not really jap.

slightly disappointed that they don't give as much privacy as dark privacy film
but now have a legit excuse to buy some of these and slide them on,
on the blinds that is, seen some nice shocking pink ones :whistle:
