New radius arm bushes arrived from Mr SZOOKY..!
Started to lube arms ready for removal..ie copious wd40 etc onto bolts and sleeves..leave it a day or so..do it again, going to London for a few days on Friday..so.a final squirt before i go..then he can sit on drive and marinate for weekend, back on sunday night..if weather is agreeable, remove on mon/tues..and get old ones pressed out..new ones pressed in...plus may as well fit new discs and pads while on ramps...and check rear shoes too.!!
Probably do both axles and diff cases with buzzweld if weather permits..and a bit more of underside.

Me like a lot
just a thought...
Any space in the new snorkel for a wire for roof mounted lights and/or extended breathers pipe from diffs/boxes etc? A small recess in the back would be really handy to hide them in

Fitted some ZookBob HD bushes for the RW rocklobster box (Big thanks Dave!). Much better now thanks...
And some goodies from the BigJimny store (Big thanks Martin!). All spot on thanks...
Finally a new drivebelt to bypass the A/C compressor which has failed. 4PK850 for reference if anyone else needs to bypass it

If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there

Took the heater motor out as it has been ticking and driving me nuts.
Dead easy, if I were 10 years younger it would literally have been a 10 minute job rather than the hour it took as I can't wriggle about under the dash any more.
"Remove steering column hole cover" actually means take the plate off the bottom of the dash  I thought it was a poor translation of "Remove whole steering column"
Just 3 screws, that are 8mm AF hex, torx hole and slit for a flat screwdriver blade.
I couldn't feel any bits of tree in the heater, maybe they dropped down into the outlets when I took it out. So I oiled the end bearing, and put it back. Seems quiet at the moment.....
