Fitted Jimnybits rear recovery points today, just bumper to cut and refit now. Next job fit Zookbob hd transfer box mounts.still undecided what winch to fit...

Went for the first proper drive of the year, well actually it would be the first solo dry tarmac run with the new suspension, fully stripped down and full of super unleaded. You can run but you can't hide in the twisties anymore. It will still roll but you need such a tight radius to lift that it essentially travels flat at road speeds. I need a track day, see what it's really capable of.

Good for you. Its nice to see somebody go a different route with the Jimny. Mine handles quite well but my tires are the limiting factor.

My tyres may yet be getting a makeover. I have found a way of getting 18 inch steels the only thing is that they're going to be custom. I have a request for a set of 4 waiting for a quote. Then it will be getting some serious rubber and the ability to turn in on a dime. Exciting times ahead.

Changed the engine oil and filter today. That has to be the easiest oil change ever! No jacking up even! Wish my car was as easy
