Tried to fit my transfer box guard. One of the TB mount bolts was so rusted and seized that in my attempt to get it off the bushing seperated from its base plate
Now need to get a new set of TB bushes

after two great days off-roading in The Lake District, I suspected my Front N/S Bearing was shagged ... but both Wheel Bearings and King Pin on both N/S and O/S are perfect, as are both CV's -- BUT, sadly all PandHard Tie Rod ends and Steering Tiue rods ends are worn - new ones ordered from Big Jimny.
Next weekend, its time to look at Rear Wheel Bearings, Half shafts and Brake shoes.
Then do an Oil and Filter change and renew Diff Oils.

Not today, but 2 weekends ago (only just got round to posting it!)
Kingpins, both sides, went well. Bottom one was harder to get out on both sides, not sure why?!
Also replaced rear brake shoes, again both sides. I snapped the nose on a brand new set of Halfords Professional pliers trying to get the big springs back on too! Fortunately the lifetime guarantee was honoured and a new set was given in exchange with no quibble
Collected the parts from Martin and had a nice chat. Thanks!

I intended to fit all my new TB mounts, change the TB oil seal from the rear prop and fit my new TB guard. Pathetically, I could only get one mount off and one new one on
Everything was seized, then it started to p155 hard and blow a gale. So I packed up and went back indoors
Will try again tomorrow evening...
