Building this load liner was my first woodwork ever, so it's far from perfect but it's good enough for me.
I spent a long time taking measurements just to find out after cutting the wood that it's too big to fit...
I especially had a hard time getting right the rounded corners.
I used 17mm plywood, covered it with PVC and bolted to the floor with two long bolts (M10, 70mm).
Sometime soon I plan to add D rings so I'll be able to fasten stuff.
