Matt will make a good job of the rack, mine is spot on.
I think the winch is my next challenge but will need a trip to the local weigh bridge first.. followed by a call to these guys for some heavy duty springs, not so much as lift springs but stronger with more coils

I spent a long time taking measurements just to find out after cutting the wood that it's too big to fit...
I especially had a hard time getting right the rounded corners.
I used 17mm plywood, covered it with PVC and bolted to the floor with two long bolts (M10, 70mm).
Sometime soon I plan to add D rings so I'll be able to fasten stuff.

managed to get some hoops from eBay uk
but no bolts to attach them with could you let me know what size the bolts are?
