All welcombe meeting place to be comfirmed.. cbs in all trucks would be appreciated ;) and os maps to be confirmed. This will take place on the second day of thick snow of first weekend. whole days worth of driving mild and not so mild green lanes and road. Convoy will split at times and rv at different locations to allow for different truck to get there kicks. ;) First meet will be over exmoor and north devon second will be from exeter to trago and back through dartmoor.
Stops will be at pubs or may be a case of bring your own food. Should be a good crack ;)

Don't like gritters! They spoil our fun!

That's a fantastic idea! It's a fair drive for me to Exmoor - but I'll do my best!

Cool would be good to see you si.. how far you traveling ..
Also there sholuld be about 10 trucks so far that will turn up most of the guys I know are well up for this . I organised an event last year and was ill or something and about twelve trucks turned up and had a complete riot :) :woohoo: So this year with the trucks on this sight it will be even more.
we shall own the roads of devon !! If we get quite a few I will contact a good pub enroute to get lunch at an extra low cost.. ;)
any one feel free to bring a chain saw as we may be the first up some road with fallen trees like last year. I am so excited I want to pee :woohoo:

I live 8 miles from Gatwick Airport. Last year, while 'playing' in the snow, I got about as far as Stonehenge before I got bored of pulling cars out of ditches, gardens and other cars! Had a great time though - the only things moving were (sensible) 4x4s. When I got home, Horsham looked like the only cars that existed were Land Rovers!

Tell me about it! On one journey across town to go sledging I pulled a very grateful man back onto his drive who had to get to hospital the next morning and his car was lent half over on three wheels.

Then to go down the hill to where we needed to park I had to pull a rich old boy up it in his Merc. I didn't want anything for it but the 50p he offered me I found a little patronizing! Bless him, I suppose to him it may still be a lot of money and he didn't get rich by giving it away!
