It's ok my dear....ill let you off ...I often get funny looks cause im female and driving something that's jacked up!! I love it!!

Only had 1 wave from another Jimny driver a few weeks back, funnily enough also blue with black modulars. They're nearly all standard round here so usually it's disapproving looks

Tend to get a better reaction from folks driving other types of 4x4 on the move to be honest ( except fronteras, agree there :laugh: ) , but Jimny owners do come over for a chat in car parks Only car I've ever had that happens with.

spotted a black soft top coming towards me in town so gave a wave
as we passed I realised it was Mr Magoo, only his head was visible and it looked like his chin was touching the steering wheel as he stared straight ahead through some jam jar spectacles.
Don't think he even saw me as we passed a few feet apart :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

We got a friendly smile from a woman driving a black Jimny with Isle of Man plates on it a few weeks ago!

A woman went mental when i passed her at a junction near Wolverhampton... waving and shouting with her window down.

Near identical car, except hers was 02 and the basic spec. Never thought someone would get so excited seeing another Jimny lol!

Im always tempeted and look at others to see if they are going to but they never seem to even look.
If I park in a car park I always look for other Jimnys to park next to, still to this day I havent although I did drive upto one this morning just to compare size, haha that sounds wrong!! couldnt believe the difference a small lift and wheel spacers do compared to standard..
