195/80/16 29"
Both sets on GV deep dish steels no spacers

Interesting solution.
What are the benefits of running 16inch rims compared to the usual 15''? (and what are the cons if any?)
Meanwhile, the next set of upgrades:
Made the panhards bars to be adjustable (dyi mod at home)
and added some protection under the shocks
Looking good, I think
At the front end I've put a damper because, after the lift and bigger tires, the steering was all over the place at higher speeds when going on uneven terrain and the damper pretty much fixed it, to be honest.
Again, the set is from Jimnybits.

Reason i went to 16" more tyre choices
Also running rear disc's I don't have to grind the caliper for clearance

As you might imagine the external antenna has already been taken victim of the trail (yes, of course, I forgot to put it down )
So I installed a brand new internal one
I don't know if these are actually functional but at least they look cool so there you go - side indicator light guards
And one final small addition I created myself from thin aluminum - a custom foldable trail table!
It should be able to hold at least a couple of beers
I was planning to make that table bigger but it turned out the 3rd door wasn't flat all the way (meaning the metal itself under the plastic cover). Maybe there are some other solutions out there, dunno... Does anybody else have some DYI tables?

Not sure what DAB is I didn't spend much time choosing the item, just took the first universal window-mount antenna that had FM in its name and connected it to the radio.
It costs about 3 EUR here in Bulgaria.

The Jimny is in pretty good condition but it still needs good care if it is to last longer.
Scrub off the rust as good as possible
Followed by Wurth's rust converter
And after waiting for a couple of hours - Hammerite's black paint 3 in 1
Before and after:
This might not be the Best way to treat a bit of rust, but from what I have heard, this should do the trick.
Have you done a similar procedure? What was your approach? How long did the effect last (how does it look after an year or two)?

I use Hammerite under mine too and paint it yearly or every other year.
I think I shall look to get some Lanolin too at some point.

"Yearly"... To be honest, I was hoping that I won't have to repeat this procedure for a few years
Will I have to scrub off the old paint before putting another layer of paint on top next year?
