please don't take this the wrong way but does that not contradict construction and use or some sort of EU law??
Modern cars have been designed to crush in the event of an accident and you have altered that by welding solid bars to the front.
I would also be concerned that it would contravene pedestrian safety.
I'm not questioning the legality of the winch and you'll probably drive around without any bother but it might be different in the case of an accident.
Will your insurance pay out as it's not a manufactured bolt on kit??
Sorry to be negative but that is the reality in this day and age and insurance companies may walk away on you in an accident leaving you to be responsible and leaving yourself open to being sued.
It would worry me.

I'll now stand back with my earplugs in lol
