PUG 1900 DIESEL CONVERSION

TD engine is defo the better way to go i run 3 in difrent 306's the race pug is running 20psi on stock turbo and lucas pump and the engine has done coming up to 200K have bigger turbo plans but don't think they would be much good for off roading as bigger turbo wont start spoiling till 2300~2500rpm

with the ldv box what revs are you seeing at 40mph and 60mph out of interest?

How did you get on @ drumclog ? Was a good day , other than were had a discovery 2 in our group holding us back , did yo guys last th full day ? We left @ the back of three ?

After a little over a year I'm finally there with the pug transplant. Took the DW8 engine and gearbox out of a LDV van.

Very quick question. The Speedometer and rev clock isn't working. Fuel and all else works perfectly. What is my problem?

hi,your speedo should work. you still have the jimny transfer box in it ?
