by the sounds of your steering issues you may not have cc bushes fitted. post a pic of the underneath and we'll tell you whether the arb is fitted. simples

Looking at the pic that's not orientated correctly id say the ARB is still attached, can see an outline of what looks like the drop links.

removing the anti roll bar (ARB) increases articulation so may produce more body roll especially on a lifted jim.
the ARB is trying to keep the front axle level which helps improve road handling, for offroading you want the axle free to do what its meant to do ie twist/flex/articulate (whatever you want to call it) as much as possible, the ARB fights this.
removing it you get noticeably more articulation, if you drove up a ramp with just one front wheel on it the opposite wheel (the one on the ground) would lift off the floor earlier with an ARB than without as the job of the ARB is to try keep the axle level which is not good for offroading.
some report more body roll on road some say its no different and if anything a smoother ride offroad, i agree with the latter comment
so no removing the arb will not improve on road handling but will improve offroad performance.
i suspect as others have said you need atleast caster corrected bushes and preferably caster corrected radius arms. whoever initally lifted your jimny obviously done it on a budget or didnt know fully whats entailed.

theres a few places that do them, heres a couple to get you started.
jimnybits.co.uk
offroad-armory.com
i have no experience with how good each sites products are that your looking for, the bits i have got from both are very good.
guides on here to do pretty much everything, i should imagine only basic skills are needed to replace the radius arms.

Guys do I just fork out for both bushes and arms or try one at a time? I suppose I won't know until they are installed?? Pricey lol. Might just give it to a garage and see what they say
