Coolant expands when it is warm so should be below the full level when cold and on or about it when warm.

Phoned the dealer again and spoke to the manager who was apologetic and got it topped up for us while we waited
But just goes to show the health check list they tick off isn't worth the paper it's printed on

I started off high and worked my way down ever since
I put my Jimny in for a service, some years ago, to the local Suzuki dealer who is usually quite good.
When I got it back it didn't feel right and the suspension was a bit harsh. Checked the tyre pressures and they had only put them at 32 psi all round.
I assume they had given that job to the apprentice lol

I expect they just guessed at the pressures as most cars these days are around the higher figures.
Years ago (in the dim and distant past) I worked at a tyre depot and if you didn't know or couldn't find the pressure of an unusual car you just put them at 25psi as that was the average pressure then.
These days with low profile tyres( I hate them lol) pressures are well in to the thirties.

Dead right.
I have a first service soon on my Celerio and am only having it done to get the stamp in the book.
Worrying though.
