Yes, despite changing the passwords and removing the hack they re-did it earlier today.
There must either be a script running on my website somewhere that permits root access or the ISP's server has been hacked.

Martin had trouble assessing the site on Friday , but it seems ok now.

SOmething is still hacked somewhere as the .htaccess file is overwritten about once an hour.
I cannot see anything strange in the log files, it could be a script on another website on the same server.

im back not been able to get on forum for x2 days ! ive heard other forums have also been hacked some people have too much time on there hands :evil:

Suggest you have a look in the web server logs to see if they are using a vulnerability in one of your web apps.
The various sites hosted on the shared server should be in separate environments. It shouldn't be possible for an attacker to compromise another site on the server and then compromise you, unless they have rooted the server itself. If that is the case, the hosting company needs to get their finger out.

The logs do not show anything
However, I am following a trail that points to another directory tree for a shared website. By cutting of that tree I appear to have stopped the problem occuring on BigJimny. Therefore the problem is somewhere down that branch.
