Newbie hey all :)

Hey all newbie here from Cumbria providing the seller doesn’t back out on me I’m going to collect my 53 plate blue Jimny tomorrow at midday, bought it as a bit of a daily for light work duties with my business and a bit of off road fun on the weekend (nothing to extreme as it’s my work vehicle lol) total newbie to the Jimny world but after watching lots of videos and reading forums ect I decided I had to own one. All being well I’ll post some pics up when I get her back and look forward to being part of the community

Hello and welcome, have fun!

Jimny's are great fun and easy to work on if you want to do your own repairs or mods.

I have only owned one for 5 months, done loads to mine, but not been off road yet. Yes I know, but it is finding the right place for a standard gen 3 with stock tyres.

Had a nightmare with the blue 53 plate Jimny! the guy didn’t have the full up to date log book as stated and was missing the green slip also side skirt was missing and arches hanging off on the drivers side, all this 10 mins before I set off on an hour and a half drive anyway I’ve bought a black n sliver 56 plate which was 20 mins up the road from me so happy days, it’s completely standard so I can put my own stamp on it, it’s done astronomical miles but it’s had a recent gearbox n clutch with full service history I’ll try and post a pic up now if it works, thanks for the hellos
