Andy I have them, but after reading what people said about them rusting and rattling I have them stowed away in a tool/recovery bag along with bridle, tow strap, tyre deflator, gloves and a roll of duct tape.

Kinda tempted, but wanted the rear ones really. Not sure i fancy the cutting of bumpers either mate.

Nothing to it really if you take your time measure twice cut once and all that (although I think I measured about 4 times lol). Thing is if you get stuck on a lane the only person that might be able to pull you free, might not always be behind you?

I have a set for Dreadnaught but I'm also reluctant to cut the front bumper. I suppose I would be looking at it differently if I were so stuck as to actually need them though but I also try to be careful about what I drive on.

I agree about being careful and watch where your wheels are going. I hope I never actually need my recovery points, but it is nice to know they are there.

And finally the secret menu on the head unit reading 12.06v.


Just fot comparison, this is my phone plugged into the front USB socket, note the charge time.


Then my phone plugged into the rear power socket with a 2amp USB adapter.


And finally the new front USB switched socket.
