Looking good! As for the tyres I'm currently running 215/75 r15 Hankook MTs with no lift. They're mounted to 7x15 steels wheels which have no offset, so far no rubbing, no cutting or arch trimming. The only thing I had to do was remove the original fit mud flaps.
The wheels and tyres fill the arches nicely but don't protrude beyond the actual arches so no worries come MOT time - if you're unlucky enough to have to deal with such things. Not the best pictures but this is a during and after the swap.

Thanks Eskimo - most likely I'll go for the 205/70 size, but second and third option is 205/75 and 215/75.
Anyway.... hard to choose. There are better options at 215/75 than the standard size.
