Brake pad clips

I’ve just changed the front discs and pads on my jimny.
On one side I found the spring clips to be missing the ones in the pic below
I’ve just looked for a set on eBay and found them
However the picture shows two extra clips
What are these for?

Customised winch bumper and roll cage
235/85R16 Maxxis Bighorns on 16" Rims, 4:1 Rocklobster, Rear ARB locker and on-board air
Corrected arms all-round, rear disks, Recaro seats and harnesses
