G13BB Crankshaft sensor

Hi

Can anyone tell me the resistance of a G13BB crankshaft sensor. It's a type J5T10771.

I'm measuring 400 Ohm's. But not sure it's enough

And google is of no help

I have my engine apart and will try and dig it out if you are not in a hurry. But I did a google search on crankshaft position sensor and there was a \you tube clip that shows a chap testing a sensor and he reckons the reading should be between 200-500 ohms. Then he reckons to fit it with the test leads fitted and crank the engine and with volts selected to ac you should see 0.2 to 2volts

Not in that much of a hurry. I found some info on the sensor on a Geo Metro forum. The CKP resistance is supposed to be around 360-460 ohms. So the sensor I have should be ok. But still getting engine light on and reading CKP error on the tester.

What does CKP stand for?

Crankshaft Position Sensor.
