New Jimny product manufacturer (with our own Jimny) was created by ParanoidIndustries
Afternoon all.

Having had a chat with Martin, I wanted to introduce us and what we do to you guys.

Predominantly known for producing Defender and Land Rover expedition parts, as well as full vehicle builds, we are an engineering company based in Warwickshire. We have complete design and manufacture facilities in house, including Trumpf Fiber Laser and Press Brake, and Haas 4-axis milling machine. We are well known for producing the best of the best. That may sound arrogant, but our tagline is "Engineered without Compromise", and that's exactly what we do.

We have absolutely fallen in love with the new Jimny; so much so that we've been out and bought an SZ5. It's Kinetic Yellow with a black roof, automatic, and we picked it up Saturday afternoon. Sunday we took it to Wales, to put it through its paces, and get some idea for possible products and upgrades that we needed to look at. Immediately obvious were the tyres, but after looking at the factory recommended wading depth of 300mm, it was immediately obvious that some sort of raised intake system was required. The other thing was storage; we've got a few interesting ideas for interior storage systems that we'll be working on.

After we cleaned it off, we set to work with our 3D Scanning Equipment, so we could get to work designing our first products for it-namely a snorkel (which will require zero drilling or cutting to fit) and super low-profile roof rack. These will be available at some point soon. If there's enough interest, we're happy to keep you up to date on the development of said parts, as well as anything else we look at for the Jimny.

If you want to get an idea of the products we already do, feel free to check out our website - www.paranoidindustries.com/ .

We'll be posting a lot of Jimny content on our social media:

Please feel free to hit us up with any questions or comments.

Excellent news. Always good when suppliers and manufacturers are in direct contact with the customer base, makes for better products and better customer service. Welcome to the forum.

Exactly our thoughts! Sounds cheesy but we're big on being "hands on". We offer free fitting or shipping on all our products, and actively encourage customers to come to us for fitting so that we can get to know them and their vehicles. We've got a long standing relationship with all of our customer base and we intend to keep it that way!

Thanks! As in the last post, we encourage customers to come to us for fitting of these kinds of products, which is totally free, so we can get to know them and their vehicle.

Thanks for the welcome.

I probably should be annoyed that you managed to get hold of a yellow Jimny before me... :pinch:

One thing I didn't have a chance to check on the press launch - does the Jimny have axle and transmission breathers from the factory, and where do they terminate?
