why cant i get a cheap insurance quote under 2 grand ive got 3 years NCD but still cant get anything cheaper its my mums jimny im only a named driver ive had my own insurance before :unsure:

Try Admiral. I'm 22 with no NCB and the misses is on there also with her crash declared. Works out at around £800 for us on a multi car. Half that on the misses mini for some reason.

Confused.com best prices I've found. 900 quid, 0 years NBC, 2 years as a named driver.

£40 a month 6 year no claims
Would be cheaper if I didn't have so many policy changes (£34 a month if no changes)

That's joint policy fully comp

28 with 8yrs protected no claims fully comp with business use 400 ish.

Is that coz ya getting old?

If all else fails you need to go on a Greenlane policy from a specialist
Try performance direct.

Mine was awkward but to do with the value of it being fairly new

no im 29 but stuck it on the old mans insurance as its not my daily and he uses it as much as I do it was about 450 on mine but 130 sounded much better bloke on the phone with my insurance recommended I stick it on the old mans

Mines around £450 with it being a 56plate but if I had like a 2001 ect with a value of around £2k to 2.5k it was £230
