Am thinking of changing the Jimmy axles with Toyota axles any suggestions pro and cons every help appreciated

Sources of axles.

Any 70 series but availability not good. All very strong for Jimny but much heavier and wider. Did come with coil spring suspension plus sometimes LSD or electrically powered rear diff. lock.

Earlier Hi-Lux had leaf sprung axles front and rear with same guts as 70 series but probably no rear diff lock and probably no LSD. Probably better availability. Heavier and wider then Jimny.

It has been done before so you are not in the dark!

I am more concerned about what it involves and ratios being wider is not that much of a problem for me
