Thanks Nathan
Well, today, having spent the weekend with the rest of our little group in the Lake District greenlaning, I was keen to get back to work and get the Jimny ready for a return to the Lakes for a one-day-trip on the 20th of July, so I cracked on on my "day" off (10am -3pm)...
I started by trimming the ORA-made hoop to size -
Now a perfect fit... I hope to weld it up on Sunday and then pass it to my powdercoaters to do it in black next week...
I then bolted the winch to the bumper and respooled the synthetic rope back on -
Before fitting the winch bumper back onto the Jimny, proplerly fixed in place now -
And looking awesome! (especially with the new' plate!)
I then fitted a JimnyBits ABS-suitable second battery tray -
And an Odyssey PC1200 battery supplied by the ORA -
Just need to finish the T-Max (JimnyBits) split charge system and winch wiring / isolator switches / remote in-cab remotes, and then move back onto the rockcrawler box.... more soon!

Where are you going to attach the winch hook to as I can't see any recovery points big enough on your new bumper?

Thanks Darth'
There's recovery points left and right at the bottom of the main middle section, on the same level as the front drainage holes... I just couldn't find a spare shackle yesterday... they're in the shed somewhere... I'll get one and photograph later

Phase one will be done soon (i.e. Suspension, Redacted Rocklobster, rear air ARB Locker / compressor, front winch in ORA bumper and ORA roll hoop, CB, my waterproof bucket seat), as I want it ready for the next Lakes (day) trip on the 20th of July... still got plans for a lot more after that (rear winch and ORA rear bumper / rookrack-tree-sliders / front LSD and 26 spline shafts)
Hopefully not (rolling on the 20th) but will have the ORA hoop powdercoated and in by then - just-in-case!
