Hello Kirkynut,

Yes, I'm a club member of "Jimny Clube of Brasília" and "Jimny 4x4 Brasil".
In "Jimny Clube of Brasília" we have a weekly meeting (but stopped temporarily because of Covid-19) and travel together around Brazil.
in the club, we accepted other lovers for Suzuki: Grand Vitara, Samurai.

Weekly!

I wish I had local people with Zukes to meet locally with here in the UK!

Are Suzukis really popular in Brazil then?

Ola Thiago !
I really like those side steps infront of the rear wheels. Do you have part numbers for them ? I wonder if I can get them on eBay ?
What other unique parts does Suzuki have ? I remember looking at the Suzuki.br website some years ago.
What is the aftermarket for accessories like in Brazil ?

Brazil has the Troller which I think is a cool looking 4x4
Mas o Brazil nao tem Cristiano Ronaldo, so o velhoto Ronaldo. Ha!

Looking for a nice clean and straight LHD Jimny..... Not any more.
Got one that seems to have been magnatized and driven through the "Big Jimny Bits" parts stores too quickly so it missed a few items.

Kirkynut,

The people fans of 4x4 really like the Suzuki. The famous Japanese is a great car and I trust Suzuki. I chose Jimny because of this.

Brazil's big country, you ride many km easily (ex: 4000 km in travel's) and you need a reliable car.

In Brazil we have many other 4x4, for example, the Land Rover is a great car 4x4 but the price here it's not friendly.

Rabid Rhino,

I did not find references to this piece, it is difficult to find even for us in the domestic market of Brazil, only in scrapyard. But other parts are more easily found, currently a friend made a custom fiber bumper for my model.

We can ask for this piece at the dealership, if you are interested we can talk and I can send it to you in some way.

The Brazilian models were customized here, so we have different bumpers, side stirrups, roof rack and stickers that I believe are unique (example: versions like Suzuki Desert and Forrest).

The Troller (belonging to Ford) is very successful here, it is manufactured in Ceará where it has beautiful beaches and a perfect setting for this type of vehicle.

Unfortunately our golden phase in football is over, after the 7 x 1 for our German friends at our house I was disappointed with football. But we like to make fun of everything, the phrase "7x1" became a popular saying for everything that is bad.

Example: If your jeep gets stuck in a hole you can hear something like "you took a 7x1 from your jeep".

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Can you do me a favour, I understand the snorkel in the picture below is a local Brazilian option.

Is there a chance you could confirm that and find out a cost for it?
