Para - get yourself some acrylic polish such as Greygates plastic polish. T-Cut will do it and so will Brasso, but there may be chemicals in those that could potentially rot plastic.
If they are really yellowed and pitted, I've seen several headlamp renovation kits in Halfords by Meguiars and Autoglym to name but two. The kits consist of acrylic polish and Micromesh abrasives to get the worst out of it.
Or you can buy a full Micromesh kit on eBay - but those aren't cheap.
It sounds horrendous using abrasives at first, and you'd think you are about to finish up with a frosted glass effect, but you don't! They come up like new!

I’ve used facella g3 compound to sort a set of Passat headlamps that were worse than these
I’ve still got a litre bottle of it in the shed
I’ll give autoglym paint restorer a try first and if that doesn’t work I’ll use the g3
The leds were from eBay
I’ve only fitted them to the side repeating indicators at the moment the front and rear are still bulbs but it flashes at normal speed.
