First off big thanks to this forum for pre purchase research and planning for mods.
Picked a bog standard 2010 Jimny up a week ago and have been a busy bee starting to implement my vision of what I want it to end up as.

As purchased.....

An online photo I found that was along the lines of my vision....

The progress after today's day working in the driveway....

So far
Modulars with - 30 offsett
General Grabber ATs
15mm coil spacer on d/s rear to level out the lean it came with
Osram nighbreakers
Debadged (finished the rear after the photos)
Front S grille panel replaced with detailed one.
Overland roof rack
Back working lights (yet to be wired)

Have set aside tomorrow to continue the work.... Back seats out, measure up for flooring and a load cover. Hope to find and fit (with some work) a roller blind style load cover from another car. Find one around 1200 wide and fabricate mounts and retainers.

It will be getting a lift, but still not settled on height as yet as I want to retain good road manners, but I also drive off road regularly on farm tracks/fields and through wooded tracks when out fishing (currently use my shogun sport for this).

Looks great. It's toughened up the look of the little car.

Yes, Jimny specific and bolts directly to the roof after removing the stock plastic rails. Fitted perfectly and all holes aligned spot on. Very well made and a lovely finish on it too. It's lighter than you might think too as it's aluminum.

Got it from ebay although sold elsewhere as well I think.
Not cheap though at £350.

Another day of Modding today, cream crackered now.

1.5" spacer lift and shock extenders fitted meantime, might go for a 2" shock and springs kit on at some point in the future but happy with this for now. Nice loud deep bass horn fitted, new head light bulbs, window deflectors, and some other odds and sods.

Next week is smoked side indicators, 1" seat risers, external thermometer, and finally get the back seats out and put new floor down.

Currently deciding on what lights for the front of the roof rack... Can't decide. Between 36" light bar, or 4 spots
