Bought a set of used headlights
Faded but not with cracks like mine.
Before
After. Used a combination of used 3M pads and the turtle wax kit.
Came out ok.

So a slight improvement.
Also discovered one of them was broken with a large hole in the bottom from a "collision".
Had difficulty adjusting them and one of the motors had very little movement. Took the motors out of the old headlights and will swap them both.
Also looks like the 99 headlight motor go the other way or something, now 4 on the adjuster in the dash is the highest setting.
