Finally getting somewhere :-) was created by TomDK
2003 Jimny O2
OME 2" suspension lift
4.16:1 rocklobster Transferbox
Rockwatt Transfer Cradle
Castor Correcting bushes
ORA HD Winchbumper, Soon to be modded for Warn 8274 winch.
235-75-15 Insa Turbo Special Track tyres
Dyneema 10mm winch rope
Exide AGM 800 CCA Battery, one more soon
Things to come, when I have money:
Defender Extended wheel arches
OMP 6-point internal cage
OMP seat and 4-point harness
new rims with wider offset
ORA axle trusses
Started fitting the 8274 in the ORA HD bumper. It's not a direct fit (obviously ) So some cutting needed. Welding some new reinforcements to the bumper once the installation is done.
Also needed to cut the front crossmember of the body. Will weld a new one on closer to the radiator once the winch is completely installed.
And also need to cut the bonnet a bit
Next thing is OMP internal cage and LR Extended arches.
and then to decide. Either a Gigglepin twin adventure top or a cheaper solution. Swap the Warn XP motor for the new 9HP Bowmotor 3
Of course, both options require the uprated mainshaft.

Thanks guys
Hope to have the front and winch done in a few days.
Must admit though.. The arches looks a bit sad without the plastic flares

Got a little cutting done today.. Got the bonnet to fit roughly, still lots of work needed to make it look nicer
Next thing is to make brackets for the anchor in the back. So out with the rear seats. Also make some mounting for batteries behind driver seat. But trying to make mounting of left rear seat possible when anchor is not needed.
