Well hand brake stopped working yesterday so i'm guessing it's something to do with wading through small muddy lakes last weekend.

So gave them a quick clean up and there was plenty of mud in there!

So I drilled some holes so that next time the gunk can drain out. (top tip in the bigjimny how too's)

Hand brake works better but still got a lot of travel in the lever. I take it I need to adjust this by take the drums apart again and tightening up the adjusters in the drums them self's?

Brilliant to see your having fun and little Ooky is holding her reputation well.
She had new handbrake cables last year, so you may benefit from just adjusting them as they have probably stretched a little.
Love the video too :)

Adjust the drums themselves first as you have worked out, dismantle it all as the adjusters sieze easily. Adjust it up a bit at a time so you can just get the drums on. The cable adjusts just behind the lever. Thanks for the hole tip too!

Well I have a hand brake again now, thanks for all the pointers.

Here's a video of a lane on the way to my parents house.

It's 10 mins long and that's from start of lane to finish.

Not too exciting but round about 3min mark there's some nice deep ruts which look like a big tractor or something did them, its still better than tarmac driving.
