i got a custom tube winch bumper made

interesting ...Like the style, but Would have cleaned the welds up a little and made it smoother if it were mine.
Need to see a winch in it to make my mind up though

yea the welds will be ground flat next weekend, and re painted, was getting dark when the bumper was finished today

Im planning on getting a custom Bar made for ours, but we want to keep the bumper

yeah like the bumper its something i would of never thought of but does anyone know how road legal big metal rock bumpers are.

i think its ok if the truck is a certain age, so the older the better

To be honest, there are pages and pages of discussions on this on Difflock. The Law regarding it really isnt worth the paper.. It only applies to new cars (stopping the manufactorer fitting pedestrian unfriendly steel.

Its illegal to manufacture one with a purpose of fitting it to a road vehicle I understand, but if its already fitted, its fine !!!

So as long as the person who makes it didnt intend it to be put on a vehicle and "som!one" in the past fitted it.. its ok ....
