If it suddenly breaks, go back to the last thing that you did before it broke and start looking there
Heater flaps was created by facade
Someone asked a while ago about the correct assembly of the heater cables and plastic levers etc.
Here is a photo I took of my 2001

make sure your picture size is not too big - if all else fails try google chrome
