It should do, providing you check what you have got.
The diff ratio's are different between Auto and Manual cars, so you cannot mix axles front and rear between autos and manuals.
Your 2004 axle may have ABS fitted but this should not be a problem providing you convince the MOT tested that the ABS should not be connected up.
