Probably need a 6:1 rocklobster transfer box too then, otherwise your gearing will be way out.
If your after tyres that wide you may be best sticking with 15 " rims as they can be bought in most widths - 7" GV rims are about it in 16", aftermarket rims in 16" for a suzuki are rare.

if you have problems with the GV ones not being wide enough you can get spacer/converters to allow you to fit landrover fitment wheels

Theyre not GV rims then? or are they Rhino Rays banded wheels.... where he cuts them in half and adds a bit extra in.... I have to say that I think 265's are a bit big for a jimny IMO. I have a Rob Storr 6:1 and currently run 205/16's on GV rims and its undergeared, so I'm getting 7.50/16's, 235/85/16 would be similar but a little wider and what my car used to run before i changed the shell - didnt fancy cutting the arches out on this shell so tried 205/16's.

As i will be planning on bead lockers as well. i will be running low pressures in the tyres so the 32" running at a low pressure will be about 31" The difference between a 235/85 works out at roughly 31.5 where as a 265/75 works out at about 32.9 bring the tyre to roughly the size i want at low pressure.
Also i need the truck to be quite wide as in total i have lifted it 6.5 inchs so to bring the C of G back down i want to build it out. the ORA truck (not the tray back) ran 33's with out arch mods and a 3inch spring lift and 3 inch body lift
